Alternatively, you could enjoy a pleasure cruise on Lake Windermere and visit Ambleside or Lakeside by boat. At Lakeside you can take a ride on a steam train through the beautiful Leven Valley, or visit the uniquely fascinating Aquarium of the Lakes - Britain's premier freshwater aquarium.

Every room has a parking space available in our private car park enabling you to leave your car behind and enjoy the pleasures of the Lake District perhaps from the deck of a pleasure cruiser or the top of a tour bus.
